In honor of this scorching 100 degree Friday I am excited to announce the release of my friend Mary Phillip's book "Why Limit Happy to an Hour?" One can certainly agree to this statement and also wonder why Happy Hour on a day like this relegated to after 5:00?
Mary Phillips is the artist and CEO of Mary Phillips Designs a line of gifts, stationary, designs and apparel known for its "sassy lady" and witty quotes with "a whole lot of attitude."
"Why Limit Happy to an Hour?" is a collection of all the most popular quotes in addition to some new ones.
Phillips started the company with a Sumi ink pen kit and a little inspiration in 99 and sold her collection to local retailers in Raleigh, NC. Now her brand is sold across the United States, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa. Congratulations Mary!
